App fees need to be paid with the application BUT fees will not be taken nor credit ran until after you view or wish to proceed. If you view and just not a good fit, we can move your apps to a different property or refund your fees. Fees will not be refunded once credit is ran.

Please take your time, answer ALL questions and upload supporting documents. Once you submit, you cannot amend and incomplete applications will be removed and we don't want that.
